Week of May 19-23
Notes of Interest:
6th grade Math SOL is May 21. 7th Grade Math SOL is May 22. Please make every effort to be at school on those dates and get a good nights rest the night before and eat breakfast and all that. ;)
Last day of school is May 30. Awards day is May 27.
We will have our last Math Team Practice Tuesday, May 20. Please write a note if your child has signed up for Math team, allowing them to stay and be here at the school at 5:00 to provide transportation home. If you plan for your child to ride the STEM bus, you MUST have returned the form.
Math 7
We have covered all our SOL's! We will spend the remainder of the year reviewing in Coach books and taking pretests.
Math 7 homework:
Please study old IA quizzes and handouts from your math folder for at least five minutes EVERY NIGHT and sign the sheet for homework credit.
Math 6
We have covered all our SOL's! We will spend the remainder of the year reviewing for our big test in May!
