I will remind you of due dates for long range assignments and give you any hints that I think might help you to be more successful in my class this year. The smaller, daily assignments are not always included on this page. You should, therefore, copy assignments into your agenda daily. I have also created games that will help with vocabulary review and grammar. So, try them.

You will find some helpful links, too. Some are directly related to topics we will study this year; others offer good English background information. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for my page.

Extra Help - I am available for extra help every day after school with the exception of Monday. If there is no teacher meeting on Monday, I am also available then; but ask me ahead of time. It is also a good idea to mention during class that you are staying. You can arrange to meet before school as needed.

Weeks beginning May 21st and May 29th- Next week we will not have any regular classes. The following week we will continue discussion ofTo Kill a Mockingbird part 3 and begin part 4. We will continue phrases.

Homework for weekend- Finish reading To Kill a Mockingbird. Book buddy letter four will be due after we return form Washington.

LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENTS DUE

READING/WRITING LAB- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday classes - no homework; Friday - scrapbook page due June 1. Turn in your Holocaust books.

Book buddy letter four and chapters 22 to end of To Kill a Mockingbird due Wednesday, May 30th.
