Running
Running is a hard sport. Some people are not really good at it. Running is all about your legs, if you have strength in your legs, you are good to go. You should practice every single day to get better and better. That is how I got really good at running.
Join People
To be really good at running, you have to join a club to run. I joined the Gulf Gate running club. That is how I became really good at running. In the Gulf Gate running club you get these feet every 5 miles you do and if you get up to pink, you have ran 35 miles. Before I joined the Gulf Gate Running Club, there was only one person who ran 35 miles. I beat that record when I ran sixty miles.
At my school I had this Tiger Trot. You had to run for an hour and the record was 36 laps. I knew that I would win I had confidence in my heart. So I ran and ran and ran and I ran 42 laps and won the Tiger Trot. The Tiger Trot is about how much you can run in an hour.
Therefore you should run a lot and have a lot of stamina.
