Hi!  My name is Shelley Schmidt.  I graduated from Illinois State University and have been teaching in Plano ever since!  I have a Special Education degree, and I team teach with Ms. Miller in 4th grade.  My husband, Jim, is the District Athletic Director for Plano, and we have 5 children.  Vance is a Senior in High School, Mikayla and McKenna are both 8th graders at Plano Middle School, Bryson is a 4th grader at Centennial, and our baby Braylon  is a year and a half.  We also have a very cute dog named Molly who is extremely spoiled.  Things that I LOVE are my family, scrapbooking, taking digital pictures, and reading!  Something that I love to do with my family is going to the White Sox Games!  GO SOUTHSIDE!  If you are lucky enough to end up in my class, you will have an awesome time and you will learn a lot.  You will have two teachers instead of just one!  Buckle up and get ready!  It's going to be a fabulous year!
