Outcomes
This course is designed to help you improve the skills needed to help you provide Customer Service, Quality, Informed Decisions and Organizational & Financial Strength. As a result of taking this class, you will develop increased confidence in your ability to perform CSW using the methods presented in this class and subsequently improve the quality and accuracy of your work. This class will provide you with information, instruction and practice in the use of problem solving tools and CSW concepts.
Objectives
• Develop and appreciation for and use of checklists to ensure the accuracy of your work
• Use and understand the “Test for Completeness” to ensure the thoroughness of your work
• Develop an appreciation for the tools of problem solving
• Use and understand several methods for developing and evaluating alternatives
• Understand the potential barriers to performing Completed Staff
• Develop competency in applying the steps of Completed Staff Work
