WEEK OF APRIL 7, 2003
Dear Students and Parents,
We are off and running into new experiences.
In reading they will be ending Wilson Book 6 which includes the fourth syllable type, consonant-le (ankle).
In math they are busy learning about division and its relationship to multiplication. They know how to draw arrays, pictures, and make charts to find the answer to some of the multiplication facts. Some of the students have memorized most of them!
During writing the students will be practicing paragraphing again. Their rewritten fairy tales are done and we will be sharing them with each other and your soon.
