It is the week of 5/29. We are finishing our work on chapters 28 and 29 with one last test on Wednesday We are also continuing to review for the final exam. The exam focuses on the grade 8 material since the midterm exam (WWI-1990's) but does have key concepts from 7th grade and the chapters covered on the midterm in 8th grade (chapters 19-23). It will have both multiple choice and constructed responses to historical documents. Review packets are due on the day assigned and NO LATES are accepted as we will go over the right answers in class. They count as a QUIZ grade for the 4th quarter so it is important to keep up with this review. The Social Studies final is on the last full day of classes Thursday, June 14th.
Check grades online use link below. Enter Your “user name” as your Shaker ID number (five digit number) 5. Your password is your first initial, last initial (both lower case) followed by your birthday in month month, day day, and year year format. There are no spaces.
For month use two digits- 01 through 12 for the months of the year.
For day enter two digits for the date you were born.
For year enter two digits for the year your were born- either 96, 97, or 98.
