The final selection of unit 2 is Eve Bunting's touching story, The Wednesday Surprise. This wonderful story describes the special relationship between Anna and her grandmother and has an ending that will surprise most readers.
I have made some games your child can use to practice vocabulary from The Wednesday Surprise. It may be helpful to print out the list of terms (vocabulary list words and definitions used in the games) from the game choices page so your child can refer to them as needed during practice.
