Monday, May 19: Read "A Good Man is Hard to Find" in class. HW: Answer study questions and short response questions.
Tuesday, May 20: Discuss "A Good Man is Hard to Find" and connections to In Cold Blood
Wednesday, May 21: Final discussions of of "A Good Man" and theme of crime and violence. HW: Read "carrots and sticks" article. Use the information in the article to more formally defend or refute your argument for the major causes of crime and violence as well as what society can do to prevent crime and violence.
Thursday, May 22: Discuss crime and violence. HW: Finish reading and annotating "Jailed for Life After Crimes as Teenagers"
Friday, May 23: Reflections of article. Movie ICB.
