Congratulations to the following band members:
Eva Schrall was the only harpist selected to play in South East District.
Robbie Hynes was selected to play second chair viola in South East District.
The South East District festival was March 16th and 17th.
The following have been selected to participate in SEMSBA (South East Massachusetts School Band Association):
Robbie Hynes, viola
Frank White, baritone saxophone/ first chair
Ian Flesner, trombone
Liz Allen, French horn
The SEMSBA festival will be held May 4 and 5, 2007.
Dates to Remember
March 24: Music Marathon at NMS: continuous music from 9 AM to 3 PM
May 1: Grade 6 Rehearsal from 6:30 to 8:30 at NMS
May 2: Grade 7 and 8 Rehearsal from 6:30 to 8:30 at NMS
May 3: Pre festival concert with judges at 7 PM
May 4 - 5: Junior Festival for SEMSBA
May 31: Spring Concert
June 1: Great East Festival: site TBD
