National Archives, World War II Memorial, Washington Monument, National Zoo TOUR COMPANY For the 4th year we will be travelling with WorldStrides, the largest and most trusted educational student travel company in the country. The company has been in business since 1967 and has served more than two million elementary, middle, and high school students over the years. You can find more information about the company at their website, www.worldstrides.com. COST For students who registered early, the cost for the trip is $599. For all other students, the cost is $649. The cost includes transportation, hotel stays, all meals, admissions, group photo, game tokens for ESPN Zone & gratuities. Scholarships are available. Contact Mr. Sulc by October 1 if you are in need of a scholarship. All payments will be made directly to our tour company, WorldStrides. Final payments will be due by April 2, 2009. By phone...call (800) 468-5899 and a WorldStrides employee will take the necessary registration information.
By mail...fill out the form at the bottom of the letter that came with the brochure and mail it to WorldStrides. INSURANCE Unless you indicate otherwise, WorldStrides will automatically enroll you in the Full Refund Program (FRP) The cost for this is $94. Enrollment in this program is OPTIONAL. If you do NOT want the FRP, you must indicate that during the registration process…
