DATES We will leave NMS at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 and return at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009. TOUR COMPANY For the 4th year we will be travelling with WorldStrides, the largest and most trusted educational student travel company in the country. The company has been in business since 1967 and has served more than two million elementary, middle, and high school students over the years. You can find more information about the company at their website, www.worldstrides.com. COST If you made the early registration deadline, the cost for the trip is $599/student. Updated pricing will be available soon. The cost includes transportation, hotel stays, all meals, admissions, group photo, game tokens for ESPN Zone & gratuities. Scholarships are available. Contact Mr. Sulc by October 1 if you are in need of a scholarship. All payments will be made directly to our tour company, WorldStrides. Final payments will be due by April 2, 2009. REGISTRATION For any method of registration, you will need our trip ID#18401.
Online...go to www.worldstrides.com and fill out the registration information.
By phone...call (800) 468-5899 and a WorldStrides employee will take the necessary registration information.
By mail...fill out the form at the bottom of the letter that came with the brochure and mail it to WorldStrides. INSURANCE Unless you indicate otherwise, WorldStrides will automatically enroll you in the Full Refund Program (FRP) The cost for this is $94. Enrollment in this program is OPTIONAL. If you do NOT want the FRP, you must indicate that during the registration process…
For online registration...check the box indicating that you do not wish to purchase the FRP during the registration process
For phone registration...inform the representative to whom you are speaking that you do not wish to purchase the FRP
For mail in registration...check the box on the back of the registration form indicating that you do not wish to purchase the FRP CHAPERONES A number of faculty members will attend the trip as chaperones. We may also need a few parent volunteers to chaperone the trip. If you are interested in volunteering to chaperone, please email Ms. Mazzola by October 1. If necessary, parent chaperones will be chosen at random sometime in November.
