This is the website for the North Platte High School chapter of the National Honor Society. To be considered an active member of the chapter, you must attend at least two-thirds of our meetings. Inductees from 2007 must also record 12 hours of service with Mrs. Miller before May 4. Inductees from 2008 must record 5 hours of service with Mrs. Kissler before May 4.

NPHS-NHS collects old cell phones to help protect the environment and to raise funds for our service projects. For each used phone you bring in, you will receive 6 minutes of service credit. Ask your parents, your neighbors, the people you work with, the people at your church, and any person you know who uses a cell phone to donate their old phones. Explain that the batteries are highly toxic and should never be put in the trash. Our goal is 10 phones per member. If you would like to manage a collection box at one of the North Platte Schools, contact Mrs. Kissler.
