HEALTHY SNACK IDEAS
Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, fat-free or low-fat dairy products.
Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, added sugar, and cholesterol.
Go lean with protein. Choose lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts.
