Many of you have been asking about healthy snack ideas...Please read below for ideas!

HEALTHY SNACK IDEAS

Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, added sugar, and cholesterol. Go lean with protein. Choose lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts.

FRUITS (slices, cubes, wedges)
