The General Office of our school is a very busy place. It is the centre of all activities. Students come for assistance in finding classroom teachers, to make emergency phone calls, and bring any information from classroom teachers to the office of the Principal. The School Secretary is always on hand to help visitors, students and parents.
We try to make the office a safe place, any student needing help can come and their needs are met.
Mrs. Kerr the Secretary would appreciate parents calling the school when their child is sick or has an appointment and won't be in school at 9:00 AM so the classroom teacher knows where his/her student is. Otherwise, the office calls the home telephone number or the parents work number to find out just where the student is.
Newsletters go out at the beginning of each month. This newsletter has a Calendar of events for the Month and upcoming events. This new on the web and can be accessed by anyone who has a computer at home. This is convenient for anyone who misplaces their newsletter.
The month of December is very full. We have our Christmas concert on December 19th. There is a dress rehearsal at 2:30 PM, visitors are welcome, and our main performance is at 7:00 PM.
The last day of classes is Friday, December 21st. with early dismissal for students at 2:30 PM.
