Welcome to Family Nursing!
Here is some background about myself. I received my BSN from Marquette University and after working 3 years in Med-Surg, returned to Marquette University to complete my MSN. I majored in Adult Nursing / Education. My research topic explored what needs family members had and how they coped during an illness crisis of a loved one.
I have spent the majority of my nursing career in Intensive Care and have also worked in Home Care caring for med-surg, oncology, and hospice clients.
I am married and outside of nursing spend the majority of my time chauffering my 3 children ages 11, 9, and 6 to their various activities and serve as the homework warden.
