Greetings, Youth and Parents!
This is to let you know that we had a great winter trip. At this point, no one wants to go again (great news for the chaperones, ha-ha). Your children were well behaved and set a great example for PBC. They did us PROUD!
We will be doing some projects in the near future and hope to include each of you in them. These projects will help to rebulid our youth fund and enable us to begin our next trip. I know that your children have "had enough togetherness" for now, but by summer they will be ready to put on their traveling shoes again.
Your child is valuable to us. We appreciate the chance to work with them and hope to continue to serve them in some capacity.
At the moment, our boys are involved in basketball. Games are on Mondays. Check with the guys to see what time the games begin, and come out to support them.
We will be having a spaghetti dinner on February 21,2002. We will ask that the kids sell tickets to this event. There will be a program and dinner. The tickets will be $5.00 per plate. All church family and immediate family will be invited. The KIDS will be in charge of this event with the help of some parents. This will be a night to remember.
Carol and Dan will be tutoring on Monday and Tuesday nights at their home. If you are interested in getting help for your child or maybe even offering your help, call Carol at 776-7084. I am sure that they will be glad to have your cooperation.
