Hello Panthers!
Welcome to a brand new school year at PCHS. You are entering the learning zone in Panther Country!
Here are a few things that will help you get off to a great start in your English 8 class:
Materials needed: 1. One three-ring notebook
2. A good supply of notebook paper
3. Several # 2 pencils w/ erasers
4. Several black pens
Students will receive a letter to parents and a class syllabus on the first day of school. Once the parents sign the letter, it should be placed in the English 8 notebook along with the class syllabus. Notebooks will be collected at the end of the six weeks for a grade. Students are responsible for saving all materials each six weeks.
Students should be familiar with the Class Rules which are posted in the front of the classroom. These Class Rules are also listed on the letter to parents. Understanding and following these rules is essential to the success of each student.
