I hope that we have a great year together this year. As 8th graders, you will be finishing level one this year and receiving a high school credit when you pass the final exam in June.
If at any time you feel that you need more review, please speak up! Both activity period (in room 154) and tutorial (in room 254) are great places to get extra help.
Our first new unit of study will be Chapter 8. This is a fun chapter about food. What a great way to start the year!

Due to the paso test today, there is no new homework. Be sure that you are caught up on all other assignments since the marking period is ending next week.

No written homework. You should know your utnesils for a quiz on Friday and you should begin studying your dinner foods.
