Materials: Everyday, you should bring to class...
1) French binder with 5 dividers (Vocabulaire, Les Notes, Les Devoirs, Les Papiers Corriges/Graded Work, La Culture)
2) Pen or pencil
3) Looseleaf paper
*** You should also have index cards to use for flashcards and studying
Grading: Participation is required in class EVERYDAY! Make sure you are attentive and actively participating on a daily basis. Here is how I will grade you in French. Remember, it is a number grade on your report card this year...
Reading: 20%
Writing: 20%
Listening: 20%
Speaking: 20%
Participation: 20%
Homework will be graded on whether or not it is completed correctly and on time. You will receive up to 5 points on your average for handing in quality homework on time each time it is assigned.
Remember: Your homework every night for French is to study your vocabulary and this is a fun and different way to do just that!
An unannounced vocabulary quiz can occur at ANY time, so make sure you know your stuff! Use this website to practice and study vocabulary by playing games and completing fun activities. You can also use the email link above to contact me.
