Biology is the study of living systems. Through the course, students will develop skills associated with problem-solving and scientific inquiry. Students will be exposed to a variety of laboratory exercises, group discussions, and presentations to reinforce content.
Material covered will consist of topics in molecular biology, cellular biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, anatomy, physiology, organismal, and taxonomy.
General Class Information
Students who are successful in biology come to class prepared. Please bring your textbook, notes, homework, paper, and writing instruments each day.
