Dear Parents, Today was a great Dr. Seuss Day! We read one of my favorite stories, Batholomew and the Oobleck. Ask your child about the Oobleck and forms of matter. Some of the students wanted to have the recipe to make Oobleck at home.   It is very easy! COVER AN AREA WITH NEWSPAPER! You will need: one box of corn starch 2 cups of cold water with about 1/2 teaspoon of green food coloring In a large bowl put the cornstatch and then slowly add the water.  It will be hard to stir until it is mixed well. When you are tired of Oobleck just let it dry out and throw away... DO NOT PUT DOWN THE DRAIN! Have a great week, Mrs. Martin
