I am offering extra credit points in Science and Social Studies for students that go see the Disney movie "Earth" that is playing in theaters now. In order for the student to receive the extra credit, they need to bring in their ticket stub with a parents signature confirming that the child did indeed see the movie. I recommend seeing it with them as it is photographed beautifully and compliments their Earth Day project experience.

The last day for makeup work, homework passes, etc is Friday, May 15th. Any work not turned in by that date will remain a 0.

Reminders

Mountain Language needs to be complete by Thursday morning. If it is not complete, the student will stay in at recess with me to finish.

Please note the following change: I will not be checking Agenda books during the fourth quarter. By this time the students understand the importance of the book and should be taking down the important information independently.

The Agenda books are a quick glimpse into your child's educational life and are a chance for discussion. As a reminder, I do not check backpacks - it is your child's responsibility to bring the correct books home.

As before, please make sure that your child has a snack for our morning break and, if they are picked up on the blacktop, an extra bottle of water.
