Learn any new vocabulary:
alguém :someone, anyone
há :there is, there are
Then note use of subjunctive for command.
The normal infinitive -ar verb changes its -a vowel for -e:
desculpe-me : excuse me
Other uses of the subjunctive
onde posso encontrar alguém que fale ingles
The subjunctive fale is used because I am looking for someone who may be able to speak English as opposed to a specific person who does.
Que tenha um bom dia!
The subjunctive is here used to express a wish or desire.
Direct object after verb
Desculpe-me, Compreendo-o,
BUT conhecê-lo
After an infinitive, the object pronoun o becomes lo, while the -r of the infinitive is dropped and the previous vowel is capped with a circumflex.
