His wife was Martha Custis.
He lived in a famous house in Virginia called Mount Vernon.
He is on our quarter.
Abraham Lincoln
Abraham Lincoln was born in a log cabin.
He taught himself to read and write.
He was our 16th President.
He is on our penny.
He broke the chains of slavery and said that all men are free.
George Washington is known as the "Father of our Country."
