  Nick Carter has come clean about being arrested for disorderly conduct last week at a Tampa, FL night club.

  The youngest member of BSB told MTV "I ain't a bad person. I've never been in trouble my whole life. If I disrespected a cop in any way, I, you know, apologize."

  Nick also told reporters on the red carpet at Wednesday night's AMAs that it's "all good now."
