Unit 3: Describing a suspect:

Create a simulated description about a crime suspect. Your description must be substantial, cover all topics on physical descriptions introduced in U3. (Go over all sections/topics of vocab glossary in Lessons 1-2.)

Record your description online by end of Mon 11/09 for Sec 10, or end of Tue. 11/10 for Secs 11 and 12. Late work will not be graded.

You are graded for the following: Coverage of topics and vocabulary, Pronunciation, tones, fluency, and grammar (2 points each)

If your computer doesn't have a built-in microphone and you don't have an external one, you can make your recording in the media room of Language Center (211 Phillips).

Note: For making your recording, you need to follow this procedure:

Record > Stop > (Play) > Save/Send.

Before pressing "Save", you can re-record as many times as you want until you are satisfied with the recording. Then press "save" to send.

please log out or close the browser. Otherwise, your microphone may keep recording all the sounds in your room for a long long time if you forget to press "Stop" before sending!
