This is the Spanish class page for eighth grade students 2009-10. Here you will find a summary of eighth grade class activities and weekly focus. If you are absent you are able to stay connected to classwork and review information on line and also use the online textbook.
As we begin this school year with a look back, students will once again see the immediate connections to their real world. Last year's notebook and packets will assist in this review. We will continue to emphasize understanding of cultural perspectives and focus on communication. You may also review classroom material by using the Realidades textbook website. Remember to visit the site and include the web code reference (noted on textbook page or worksheet) for the information you wish to review. Under useful links below you will find the connecting site to homework assignments as well as other useful internet resources.
Students complete review of indirect object pronoun grammar and an indepth review of already learned grammar topics with a grammar summary card. We continue to focus back on previously learned points and review projects containing that information. Students are reminded to use the online textbook to assist with pronunciation, viewing online videos, listening activities, and of course for completion of activities assigned from the textbook -- REMEMBER to print the final product for class.
