Suggestions made by FLTeachers
Thou shalt never use "'s" to indicate possession.
Thou shalt not assume that you can accept the first word given in the dictionary as the appropriate choice when translating.
Thou shalt love thy neighbor’s every attempt at using French
Thou shalt have the correct person ending on thy verbs
Thou shalt always use “de” to indicate possession
Thou shalt not use a dictionary or translator blindly
Thou shalt make thy modifiers agree with the word they describe
Thou shalt not forget where to put adjectives
Thou shalt not say "je m'appelle est". These constructions can't be used together.
Thou shalt not use an apostrophe "s" ('s') in French. "De" is used when you want a possessive.
Thou shalt not use computerized translators. They make their own mistakes.

Thou shalt remember thy vowel sounds, when they are alone and when the go together as diphthongs.
Thou shalt assure that thy words agree in person, number, and gender.
Thou shalt not write "Ecris dos" at the end of a letter.
