January Times in Room 12
Happy New Year!!! The time for eating turkey (talking turkey?) is over, and MAN, do we have work to do. There is no way my grade 7 students should be sitting around, free of school thought, and this would be why:
-the technology project that encompasses all major subjects, is the focus for the next two months. Our computers will be humming, as will yours if you have one, as we search, create, experiment and so on.
HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS AND DATES
Social Studies:-current events assignment - Due:Tues,Jan.22.
Language Arts: -spelling/vocabulary, section 4, assignment - Due:Mon.,Jan.21.
-the business letter, Due: Thurs., Jan.17.
***Remember that we have lots of quick novel assignments...keep up!
Health: -the story ender, due today, the 14th.
-the "Assert Myself" assignment - Due:Wed., Jan.23
