le francais III Semaine 7---le 22 au 25 avril
     mardi---review of vocabulary for impersonal or will/ desire expressions + subjunctif. Check WKBK. Copy new vocabulary if you have not already done so, which involves describing an object very specifically. Quiz demain over chapter's grammar.
    mercredi---Quiz over the grammaire, begin lesson "Comment decrire un objet". Bring in 2 items to be described "for the grab bag" Also review the material for chapter vocab, as you will do a retake of the material from today's quiz.
    jeudi---Retake on subjunctive vs indicative vs infinitive.   Review for vocabulary ...quiz mardi over descriptive adjectives.   WKBK at the end of the week and book activitiesfor vendredi en classe.

le francais III Semaine 8---le 28 avril au 2 mai
    lundi---review of vocabulary, comment decrire un objet---check the WKBK, listening activities over the vocab. Quiz demain over this vocabulary.
    mardi---quiz ove rabove vocab, copy new vocab from Unite 3, page 112, the read the "Info magazine", pages 109-111, be ready to discuss the "Et vous" section and explain the rules that are given.
mercredi---Correct quizzes, "creative project" to be done with the descriptive adjectives within sentences via a power point or poster format---due mardi.
Dicuss the reading passage, definitions, "Et vous" section. Study the vocab for tomorrow.
   jeudi---Practice vocabulary en contexte, et vous with partner, conversations using terms to disagree, agree, and emphasize classmates' information.
   vendredi---Photo descriptions using the nature, problems and pleasures vocabulary. workbook pages 35-36 due for lundi. Quiz over this vocab will be mercredi.

le francais III Semaine 9--- le 5 au 9 mai
    lundi---We will begin the week with a quick review of the vocabulary, "La nature--les problemes et les plaisirs" and then check the workbook over these activities. From the book you will be given one of the situations to prepare with a partner, "Conversations libres". Be ready to present it at the end of the hour.
    mardi---We will be in the lab for review of the vocabulary and practice with the passe compose vs the imparfait. Keep track of any difficult sections over these two tenses as they will be the next verb tenses reviewed in the unit. Quiz demain over vocab!
    mercredi--Quiz over vocab, then read through and take notes on pages 114 and 116, then write out activities 1-3, 5, 6 on these pages.
    jeudi---We will review the formation and translations of the two tenses...we will also go over the remaining activities over these tenses. WKBK pages 37-38 will be assigned for lundi
   vendredi---No class due to AP History exam!

le francais III Semaine 10---le 12 au 16 mai
     lundi---Presentation by Gigi-Naf-Naf and Sophie (descriptive adj.) Review of vocabulary
La Nature--les problemes et plaisirs, Dialogues a presenter that were written---Hopefully the entire class will be in attendance to do these! Check WKBK pages 37-38 review of the 2 tenses.
    mardi---Final review of the vocab, via the AWBK. Copy vocab pages 124-125 for tomorrow. Practice saying them in context outside of class, get information of any event from this page from news or newspaper...Be ready to tell of something that happened within the last week - month.
   mercredi---Go over the vocabulary for "Quoi de neuf?" Then summarize the event that you found as homework.    We will also do the book activities 1-2 on page 125. homework will be the WKBK, p. 38. Also, copy the weather related vocabulary on p. 126
    jeudi---After checking the WKBK, we will start this new vocab with the AWBK and practice via the book activity 3. You will be responsible for a weather with a visual for mardi. Be sure to review all of the vocabulary related to the weather, as you will be given pictures that indicate various weather, You will need to provide a "TV weather station" forecast.
     vendredi---We will review the vocab briefly before going into the contrast of the 2 tenses for telling a story. Practice from book activities 3, p.127, and 4, p.130.---write these out! and WKBK., Vocab quiz mardi after the weather forcasts aread-libbed.
