Welcome to English 11. I am excited about this year as we explore reading and writing together. English 11 focuses on American Literature, so we will be exploring various texts that are important in our nation not just because of their political or social significance but also because of their cultural significance. We will also prepare for the End of Course Reading test this year. Along with focusing on reading, we will continue to build our skills as proficient writers. I look forward to learning alongside of you this year.
