We just finished celebrating Chinese New Year and Mardi Gras. We thank Mrs. Xu for coming in and sharing information about the Chinese culture. We also thank Mr. Wilson for bringing in the Mardi Gras King Cake.
Thank you to all the parents who sent in treats for our Valentine's Day Party!!
We continue to follow the results of the Olympics. February is also Black History Month, and we will soon finish our research projects.
March 2nd is Dr. Seuss's birthday, and we will be participating in the Read Across America Program. We could use two parent volunteers to help us make green eggs and ham. Please contact Mr. Marks if you are available.
March is National Nutrition Month and National Women's History Month. We will be working on projects for both events.
