3. KENNY: Make a typed list of witnesses (Courtney, Kenny, Diane, and Angie) and a French address for each of those witnesses. This will be given to the mayor before the ceremony.

4. LEAH AND KIRSTEN: Make the invitations and bring them to Ms. Smith on Tuesday morning.

5. PAUL: Make French birth certificates for Paul and Amanda.

6. SHANAZ: Make a French drivers' license (permis de conduire) for Paul and one for Amanda. Give them French addresses (i.e. 35, rue Paul Bert; Rennes, France; 35000), etc.

7. RYAN: Make a "certificat médical prénuptial" for Amanda and one for Paul. Include the date (le 12 mai 2003 or before), the statement "J'affirme que (name) soit en bonne santé. Il(Elle) n'a aucune maladie.", and the official signature of the doctor.

8. AMANDA: Make the "publication des bans de mariage" (the typed poster indicating that Paul and Amanda will be getting married on June 12, 2003.). DONE!

9. STEVE: Make a "certificat de mariage civil" for Amanda and Paul. It is a document for the couple to keep, proving that they're married.DONE!

10. GEOFF: Make a "registre officiel" that the bride, the groom, their four witnesses, and the mayor will sign near the end of the ceremony. The text of this document should include the date (le 12 juin 2003), the statement "Ce document affirme que Amanda at Paul sont unis en mariage." and lines for the seven people to sign. DONE!

12. STEVE AND RYAN: Make decisions about food for the reception. Who needs to bring what? (Think of plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, beverages, etc.)

13. ANGIE AND DIANE: Make the pièce montée for Thursday, June 12, 2003.

14. LE GRAND FROMAGE, ANAELLE, FRED, COURTNEY, STEVE, RYAN: Put together the honeymoon (la lune de miel). You will announce to our guests when the couple will leave, what their destination is, how they will get to their destination, what activities they will do outside of their hotel, and when they will return. It is not necessary to announce costs to the guests.
You may want to put together a small book of pictures or PowerPoint presentation of where they'll be going, etc. Nothing fancy.

15. ANAELLE, ESCARGOT, ANGIE, DIANE, ET MAGGIE: Decide how we will decorate for the ceremony. Who will bring what? Bring the decorations on Wednesday and the flowers on Thursday, if they are fresh.

16. DIANE AND MAGGIE: What music will we have at the reception?

17. KENNY AND COURTNEY: As the main witnesses, each of you must prepare a short toast to give at the reception.

18. MS. SMITH: Reserve the media center. DONE!

19. GEOFF: Take pictures at the ceremony on Thursday.

20. AMANDA, PAUL, COURTNEY, KENNY, ANGIE, ET DIANE: Dress appropriately for Thursday's ceremony.
