Welcome to the Middle School counseling home page. Mr. Rick Pawlewicz is beginning his 9th year in Newfield and has become a great advocate for the students and a helpful resource for the parents.
Each month Mr. Pawlewicz distributes copies of THE MIDDLE YEARS newsletter. This has proven to be a wonderful resource for parents of middle school students.
One of the main goals of the middle school counseling office is to assist in the transition of students from the elementary to the high school. Mr. P is regularly involved in career education, citizenship & peer mediation, as well as traditional counseling practices for individuals and groups.
If he doesn't have the answer, he can point you in the right direction!
