Week of May 12 K - we will be continuing to learn about summer foods and reading books with words we have learned this year. 1st - test on weather Tuesday May 13; use lesson 12 in the book to review what we have learned this year. 2nd - practice a conversation on the phone; intro mujer (woman), hombre (man), niña (girl), niño (boy), marca el número (dial the number), habla por teléfono (talk on the phone); test Thurs May 15 on telephone skills; intro city vocab. 3rd - test Thurs May 15 U 5 L 1-2; use gustar in sentences. 4th - test Mon May 19 U 8 L 1-2; practice telling time; HW Thurs p 102 wkbk; Friday - review for test. 5th - 8th - Monday and Tuesday we will review for the final exam. Students should bring all their old tests from this semester to class. On Thursday students in grades 5-7 will take the exam. Students in 8th grade will take their Spanish exam on Monday May 19.
