K3 Happenings
Hello!
On Friday this week we will be having Field Day! Please make sure you send your child with a water bottle and lather them up with sunscreen. It should be a fun day! Make sure they wear their new tie dye shirt.
In Reading this week we will be learning the sight words has and look. Our letters of the week are X and V. When we learn X we are learning it as a final sound since it can be very confusing as an initial sound.
In Math we are working on number bonds and addition. It is so fun to see their little light bulbs going off when they are getting it!
Our Spelling words this week are: me, here, said, this. Please continue to study with your child every day.
In Religion we are learning that after death there is new life with God. We are using the life cycle of a butterfly how things can change but still be there.
We had an absolute wonderful fieldtrip to the aquarium! All of the children had a great time and enjoyed every bit of it! We learned so much about sea life! I have to say that our children were the best behaved children there! I was very proud!!!
