September is here and we are beginning to settle into the routines of school.Thank you so much for the wonderful turn out for Open House and also for the items from our wish list!
Picture day is this Tuesday, September 7. Please help your child select appropriate out of uniform attire in which he or she looks "just splendid".
It was decided at our faculty meeting that with the short week, pictures on Tuesday and an all school Mass on Wednesday, second grade will not begin Iowa tests until Monday, September 13. We will work in a little practice book this Friday.
Be sure that your calendar is marked for the Second Grade Parents Sacrament Meeting in preparation for your child's reception of First Reconciliation. The meeting is on Tuesday, Sept. 21, from 7:00-9:00pm in Maguire Hall. Sr. Lindena and I both look forward to our time with you.
