Welcome back! This semester I will be available after school most days until 3:00 or by appointment. As you enter into Spanish II, please be aware that classroom distractions must be kept to a minimum in order to give each student a good learning environment. We WILL have fun while learning, but we MUST have an environment conducive to learning. :)
Please remember to speak in Spanish during class. Points for participation will either be added or deducted according to your use of Spanish in the classroom. We will be beginning the Unit 3 Lesson 1 . In this chapter we will be learning to talk about clothing, shopping, and personal needs, say whom things are for, and express opinions. We will do this by using verbs like gustar, present tense of irregular YO verbs, and pronouns after prepositions.
During this unit we will be studying about the culture of Puerto Rico. Study hard! Practice, practice practice- both speaking and writing!
