Spring Intramural permission slips and payment are due April 8, 2010 or ASAP.

Attention Parents! The Winter Intramural Program will begin the week of April 12, 2010 and will last for approximately eight weeks. Our faculty has worked hard to develop and offer a range of activities for students; we are hoping to have widespread participation from our community. Students may enroll in as many programs as they choose, but some programs may have an enrollment limit (in those cases, students will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis). All activities this season will run from 2:15-3:15. Fees are determined at the rate of $6 per hour; all clubs this season last eight weeks and will therefore cost $48.

Please read through the description of activities, check the fee for each activity, and fill out all portions and both sides of the last page of the packet that went home with your child on Thursday, April 1, 2010. If he or she needs another copy, it may be found outside Room 203 or in the Main Office. Please return program selections, both sides of the permission slip, and a check payable to “Blake Middle School” to your child’s advisory teacher as soon as possible, and no later than Thursday, April 8, 2010. Unless he or she is notified, your child should assume that he or she is in the program(s) selected. If this fee presents a financial hardship, please contact Mr. Parga at (508) 359-2396.
