MISSION ITEM FOR 5/2/12 - 6/7/12: BAR SOAP
1. CHAPEL: WEDNESDAY, MAY 2
The Kindergarteners will be assiting with the Chapel service.
2. SCHOOL MUSICAL: THURSDAY, MAY 3 & FRIDAY, MAY 4
7:00 pm. in the school gymnasium.
The kindergarten class along with the preschoolers will the opening act
for the musical, "Go, Go, Jonah".
Please have your child in the classroom by 6:40 pm.
OUR ATTIRE FOR THIS SINGING PRESENTATION WILL BE BLUE JEANS
(OR BLUE PANTS, SHORTS OR SKIRTS) AND THE MUSICAL T-SHIRT.
3. MUFFINS FOR MOMS: FRIDAY, MAY 11
"Muffins for Moms" will be in the cafeteria from 7:45 am. - 8:20 am.
Don't forget to register for this event if you have not already done so.
4. FIELD DAY: FRIDAY, MAY 11
Kindergarten will be participating with the school in Field Day activities.
Your child should wear shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt/sweatshirt with
tennis shoes.
They will be running, jumping kicking, etc.
We will ONLY be involved in the morning activities.
Dismissal will still be at 11:30 am.
If your child will be staying for Extended Care, make sure you pack a lunch.
NO HOT LUNCH OR MILK WILL BE SERVED!!
5. MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND PLANT SALE:
SATURDAY, MAY 12 & SUNDAY, MAY 13
There will be beautiful flats of flowers and hanging baskets.
The sale Saturday: 9:30 am. to 2:30 pm. and Sunday: 8:30 am. to noon.
Proceeds from the sale go to the fund for the 8th grade trip.
6. KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM: TUESDAY, MAY 15
7:00 pm. in the school gymnaisum.
Please have your child in the classroom by 6:45 pm.
Bring your 2 dozen cookies, brownies, etc. to school Tuesday morning for the
program refreshments. THANKS!!
7. NO SCHOOL: WEDNESDAY, MAY 23
I will be testing next years' kindergarten class. There will be Extended Care
for the children that need the service.
8. KEEP TOLEDO BEAUTIFUL: THURSDAY, MAY 24
We have a special visitor coming to our classroom to talk to us about recycling.
PROGRAM @ 10:00 AM.
9. CHRISTIAN T-SHIRT & JEAN DAY: FRIDAY, MAY 25
