Welcome Sea Turtles!
Believe it or not, we are into our last unit this year: ENERGY! What is it? How is it different from matter? How do we use it in our lives and what sources supply it? What choices do WE make regarding energy, and how do those choices impact the Earth? These are some questions we will focus on for the rest of the school year. You will begin to understand a lot more about the events in the news. We will have a special guest who makes very different energy choices than most of us, and we will also see the connections between energy and the field trip we will go on to Heifer International's Outlook Farm.
