FAQ's:
- What do I need for class? - You must always bring your binder for your apuntes (notes) and a pen to take those apuntes! Your cuaderno de actividades (workbook) will usually have your homework and must be brought to class every day.
- What book are we using? - We use the first eight chapters of Paso a Paso II. Click here to link to online resources from the text.
- What do I need to bring home? Each night you should bring home your apuntes, your cuaderno de actividades, and your agenda.
- What else do I need to know about surviving Profesora's Spanish II class? If you've been absent, you must read the green binder to see what was covered.
- What about make-up work or quizzes? First of all, we don't say "quiz" in this class. We have frequent pruebas (checkpoints) that count 20-30 points each. I write a unit plan on the front board and request that students copy it into their agendas. It is also kept here on this website. If you are absent, it is your responsibility to find out what prueba you missed because you will take it the day you come back, as well as the prueba we have for that day. Information is always covered more than one class period before a prueba so if you have only been out one day, yes you are still responsible for knowing the material on the day you return.
