The purpose of Reach-Out is to perform service for the underprivileged in a format where giving to others that is tied into a social environment. Our group participates in service project throughout the Kansas City area. We have scheduled service project twice a month this year. Usually the first and third Wednesday of each month, leaving Pius at 3:00 and return by 6:00 p.m. Students will usually earn 2 hours service that will apply to their needed 60 hours of service needed to graduate. Check bulleting board out side room 250 for scheduled activities. Reach Out helps the students find activities they are particularly interested in—possibly something they may want to pursue as a career. Participating in activities at different facilities give the student’s different experience.
