Welcome to WELLNESS!!! We will be meeting every other day in the auxiliary gym of Freedom Hall. It is your responsibility to be prepared and ready to participate! YOUR GRADE: 90% - Participation/Effort, Skill Improvement 10% - End of Semester Exam TARDIES: Being on time is important. You are expected to be in the classroom or gym when the bell rings.
