Finals are over, the new semester is off and running.  The 1-2 classes are either dancing or working out in the weight room, while the 3-4 classes are participating in "Project Adventure" activities or badminton.  Over the next six weeks, the classes will rotate through the other offering for their level.

To help prepare yourself for the "fitness gram", students are encouraged to perform stomach curls and crunches as well as push ups and pull ups at home.  Getting yourself ready is your individual responsibility.  Remember, you are the one who will be performing the test.

Coming soon:
To help our students keep track of their progress, they will be required to keep a detailed log of their fitness and related activities.  This log will become a part of their second semester grade. 

Also, students can look forward to another extended project.  This one will deal with the Muscular System.  More on this project to follow next month.
