Welcome to K-4th Technology Class!
Dear Parents,
At school, students in 3rd-6th use the TYPE TO LEARN series which is comprised of two components, a self-paced tutorial and an assessment program. At school, only 10 minutes a week is dedicated to typing practice.
At home, it will be required that your child practice typing for a minimum of 15 minutes per week, 6 times per quarter. (There are links for typing games on this webpage.)
This year, I will allow two typing logs per quarter to be submitted if students are typing a report for another class.
Typing logs must be submitted online. (This was explained to the students in their computer class)
