I. Slight Itinerary Changes
The Waterford Excursion, which was scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, has been moved to Monday, October 22. The return time is approximately 3 pm. The Presque Isle trip, which was going to be on October 22, will now be on October 31. The students will be back in time for dismissal. The Erie trip was going to be in the afternoon on Tuesday, October 30. It will now be that morning. Students will be back in time for Lunch A. II. More on the Excursions
Remember, if you are hosting a Cholet student, you are able to go one these excursions, too. We still have plenty of openings. We can take a maximum of 10 of you on any given trip. First come, first served. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, September 19.
III. October 20
Mrs. Nick (Luke Sandell's mom) has very kindly offered to host a get together (including a bonfire, weather permitting), on the evening of Saturday, October 20. All exchange students and hosts are invited. Thank you to Luke's family.
IV. Fund Raiser
The French Club fund raiser is in progress and we need all the help we can get. We are selling items from a Great American Opportunities brochure, as well as head warmers. If you have not yet picked up order forms, see Monsieur as soon as possible. The last day to turn in order forms is Friday, September 14. But we'll accept late orders. We do want to send the GAO orders as soon as possible in order for the money to arrive in time for the exchange.
V. Housing Update
In a nutshell, twenty-two down, four to go. We still need homes for four boys.
