After the Prelude to War Test, read in the Documentary Source book page 128 of Daniel Inouye’s memories of the attack at Pearl Harbor. He was a Japanese American teen in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 7, 1941.

Today we have our first vocabulary drill for WW2. Then we watch the attack scene from the movie "Pearl harbor." As you watch absorb the sights and sounds of the attack. Watch for how the grouping of ships and planes to guard against sabotage provides a perfect target for an unexpected air attack.
