Welcome to college!

AP Language & Composition is a college-level course that centers on learning to read deeply and write proficiently in the marvelously complex English language.

I am eager to help you learn in any way I can, and I urge you to talk to me if you have the slightest question. I am available before school, after school, and during period 7 in room 223, as well as in the writing lab during period 2. If you have family emergencies, unavoidable travel plans, or approved extracurricular obligations that will keep you out of class, please contact me as soon as you can to discuss what you will miss and how best to keep from falling behind.

NOTE TO PARENTS: Hi! Please know that I welcome your feedback and look forward to a positive partnership in helping your sons and daughters achieve great things this year. The best way to contact me is via e-mail at cpaolelli@saintviator.com. (I will respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving it.) My voicemail is at 847-392-4050, extension 287, but there is no telephone in my classroom, so I cannot keep up with it as quickly as e-mail.
