Historical Sites in Cohasset Village are open daily (1-4?).  Lulynn and I went a few weeks ago and the artifacts are amazing.

Mendon Drive-In- A long drive, but worth it to go once this summer! : www.mendondrivein.com  (bring chairs, blankets, and a battery operated radio if you want to sit outside, bug spray is a must, go early and bbq or play frisbee)

Summer Writing Ideas:
Travel Journal, Observation Log, Photo Journal, Pen Pal, do some research (choose a topic, ask yourself 3 thick questions, and search for the answers), write a book review (share it with me, Nancy Perry at the Norwell Public Library, or your local book shop)

To incoming 3rd graders:
I look forward to a wonderful year, and can't wait to meet all of you!  Vinal will provide most of the supplies you need for third grade.  I will have a complete list of supplies that I request students purchase posted at the end of August.  Enjoy the rest of your summer! 


Mrs. Fuller's Requested Supply List:
*24 sharpened pencils
*1 clean sock (for individual dry erase board)
2 boxes of tissues
1 box of wipes
*1 inch binder with pockets and clear pocket sleeve on cover
*1 pencil pouch - three hole punched
*1 sturdy folder - three hole punched
2 red pens
2 blue pens
2 highlighters (different colors)
1 package notecards
1 clipboard (flat)
1 package quart size zip locks
2 colored posterboards (any color)
a set of multiplication flash cards
*package of 3 hole punch dividers (8 or more)
*5 clear 3 hole punch clear plastic sleeves
1 glue stick
* Supplies with a "*" are needed the first week of school.  Other supplies can be sent in within the first few weeks of class.
